Employer Industry: Global Application Managed Services Why consider this job opportunity: Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely, offering flexibility in your work environment Entrepreneurial environment that welcomes your ideas and contributions Access to learning opportunities to support career development Involvement in outreach programs that support communities and encourage volunteerism Collaborative culture with a focus on excellence and innovation What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead HCM workstream for assigned accounts in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking Collaborate with the GDC team on day-to-day activities, incidents, and root cause analysis Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as required Maintain the Workday platform with a focus on reporting, business process maintenance, and data audits Drive continual business process improvements across the organization What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent experience Certification in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking is required Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Payroll, Absence, & Time Tracking Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good analytical skills with the ability to solve complex incidents How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Willingness to go the extra mile to solve customer problems Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
