Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking Consultant

Employer Industry: Managed Services and Consulting Why consider this job opportunity: Opportunity for career advancement within a global organization Entrepreneurial environment that welcomes your ideas and contributions Work remotely, providing flexibility in your work location Access to learning opportunities for professional development Participation in outreach programs that support communities and encourage volunteerism Collaborative culture focused on teamwork and innovation What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Serve as the onshore functional lead for HCM workstreams related to Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking Collaborate with the GDC team on daily activities, incidents, and root cause analysis Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as needed Develop reporting dashboards to enhance Workday utilization and support business metrics Lead a team of Workday consultants across multiple engagements to ensure project deliverables are met on time What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Certification in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to multitask and solve complex incidents effectively How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Willingness to go the extra mile to resolve customer problems Good analytical skills with the ability to provide suggestions and best practices We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
