We’re partnering with a leading hospitality group that manages some of the most iconic venues in Greater Vancouver. They’re looking for a Sales Manager – Hospitality to lead and grow sales initiatives across their flagship properties, playing a key role in shaping commercial strategy and elevating guest experiences. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you’ll blend sales leadership, business development, and creative offering design to maximize revenue and strengthen market presence. What You’ll Do: Lead and grow hospitality sales across group bookings, partnerships, and venue-driven experiences. Develop and execute creative strategies to drive year-round demand, including off-peak activations. Build strong relationships with planners, corporate partners, tourism operators, and local networks. Oversee and mentor a small but mighty sales team, setting clear targets and driving results. Design and package compelling hospitality offerings that meet a wide range of guest needs and occasions. Represent the brand at industry events and act as an ambassador for exceptional guest experience. Partner closely with marketing to drive visibility, promotions, and CRM initiatives. Use data and reporting to optimize sales performance and uncover new revenue opportunities. What You Bring: 5+ years of sales and team leadership experience in hospitality, tourism, events, or F&B. A proven track record of driving new business, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships. Strong understanding of seasonal tourism flows and how to maximize off-peak opportunities. Experience in venue sales or hospitality-driven environments is a strong asset. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Confidence using CRM systems and leveraging data to inform decisions. A creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine passion for guest experience.
