As a Branch Inside Sales Support representative you will help customers “ACT” – acknowledge, create partnerships, and thank them. Responsibilities In this client‑facing role you become a product‑knowledge expert, supporting customers through the following: Customer Service Greet customers in‑person or on the phone. Answer inquiries about materials and services. Make it easy for customers to do business with us. Order Processing Enter and process customer orders. Provide accurate product, availability, and delivery information. Maintain accurate documentation related to customers and orders. Qualifications Bilingual in French and English. Completed high‑school certificate required; post‑secondary education an asset. Experience in the building industry (hardware store, pro‑desk) desired, but training provided. Proficient in reading, writing, and number sequences. Computer proficient. High compliance with standards, requirements, and processes. Emotional intelligence for respectful, courteous interactions. Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and perform in a fast‑paced environment.
