Responsibilities: Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop leadership and management skills. Gain exposure to various departments within the organization, including operations, sales, and customer service. Build strong relationships with different leaders and departments. Assist with day-to-day tasks, projects, and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals. Explore opportunities to grow into different leadership and management roles. Learn about the fire protection industry and gain hands-on experience in decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an asset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preference for candidates with experience in the Fire/Life Safety Industry. CFAA certification is advantageous. Open to new graduates from the fire protection industry. Demonstrated willingness to learn, ambition, and self-motivation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for leadership and career growth.
