Our client is overseeing a growing portfolio of community and infrastructure initiatives across multiple sites in British Columbia. To strengthen their project governance and operational consistency, they are seeking a PMO Analyst who can evaluate current processes, establish standardized business workflows, and provide teams with the tools, templates, and documentation needed to operate efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who brings structure to complexity—someone skilled in process mapping, workflow optimization, documentation, and enabling project teams through strong PMO practices. Key Responsibilities Project Governance & Process Standardization Assess current workflows related to project coordination, budgeting, documentation control, and operational planning. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas requiring alignment across multiple project teams. Develop standardized processes, frameworks, templates, and guidelines to create consistency across the project portfolio. Support change management and communication efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new PMO-driven practices. Documentation, Training & Knowledge Transfer Create clear SOPs, process maps, RACI charts, and workflow documentation. Build training materials and reference guides to support new or updated processes. Facilitate training and knowledge-transfer sessions for project managers, support staff, and leadership. Provide ongoing guidance to reinforce adherence to established standards and governance. Portfolio Data & Workplan Management Support development of portfolio-level workplans, dashboards, and tracking tools. Organize and consolidate data from multiple sources to aid reporting and decision-making. Build and maintain templates for status reporting, budget tracking, and operational planning (Excel or similar tools). SharePoint Governance & Document Management Assist in migrating legacy documents into SharePoint and restructuring libraries as needed. Establish naming conventions, metadata standards, folder structures, and document governance practices. Ensure the SharePoint environment aligns with newly defined PMO processes and supports easy access and searchability. Qualifications Strong background in PMO analysis, business analysis, or process improvement within project-driven environments. Experience developing standardized workflows, templates, and governance frameworks. Proficiency with data organization and building structured tools for project and portfolio tracking. Experience with SharePoint organization, migration, or content governance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide teams through new processes and provide clear training. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-project environments. Experience supporting change management or operational transformation is an asset.
