Head of Revenue Enablement

In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to drive revenue growth and customer retention by developing and executing programs that elevate the Sales and Customer Success organizations. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring effective onboarding and continuous improvement of processes within these teams. As the organization scales, you will have the opportunity to lead a small team and directly impact the company's journey towards significant revenue milestones. Accountabilities Serve as the business partner to VP Sales and VP Customer Success. Develop and lead onboarding programs for new hires in Sales and Customer Success. Identify gaps in knowledge and skills to create tailored learning paths. Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver comprehensive programs. Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs through analytics. Manage and mentor a small team to execute multiple projects. Requirements Experience in business partnership with Sales and Customer Success teams. Strong background in program development and iteration. Proven record of developing effective onboarding programs. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and AI-driven tools. Experience in scaling teams in a SaaS environment.
