This role manages member check-ins, equipment maintenance, cleaning, and supports health and safety compliance. The Coordinator collaborates closely with the Lodge Manager and Operations Manager to synchronize gym operations with overall camp schedules and standards, and may assist with reporting, inventory management, and training as needed.**This position requires fly-in/fly-out travel from Edmonton to the project site in Nunavut, with potential for weather-related delays or logistical challenges.
