Job Summary If you need an outlet for your creativity and have a keen eye for user-centered software design, we want you on our next-gen team. In this role you’ll be designing the future of infrastructure software, not just making things look great but ensuring every click, interaction, and screen feels natural and intuitive. You’ll help shape the design system from the ground up and collaborate closely with developers to bring your work to life in real-world applications. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research and analyze feedback to understand user needs and inform design decisions. Design and maintain the dTIMS design template and component library to ensure consistency across the platform. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate and validate design concepts. Develop clean, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces that align with usability best practices. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA to implement and refine user-centered solutions.
