Role Description:

Reporting to the Digital eCommerce Manager, you will Support Direct-to-Consumer website initiatives including major site updates, troubleshooting, product catalogue and merchandising maintenance. Support growth initiatives including new product launches, promotional activities, major UX updates, and key demand creation activities.

The Web Program Specialist is also responsible for delivering an exceptional consumer experience for programs offered on Avery Products Canada web properties, integrating programs across digital platforms, and supporting key business strategies.

Experience & Skills:

  • 2-4 years' experience working with consumer-facing ecommerce web sites
  • 1-2 years' experience with a web-based product or service company
  • 1-2 years' experience working with an interactive agency a plus
  • Performance-driven with clear understanding and passion for on-line measurement strategies, tools, and techniques
  • Working knowledge of front-end web technologies including HTML, web publishing, and experience design
  • Proven experience implementing eCommerce best practices
  • Experience using A/B testing tools such as Optimizely
  • Experience with Drupal, dotCMS, Nuxeo, or similar content management systems
  • Experience with Adobe Commerce/Magento 2.4+ in terms of SKU and content management

· Experience in personalization tools to deliver audience-based website experiences including Segmentation models in Magento and 3rd party tools

  • Deep understanding of website user experience best practices
  • Strong understanding of responsive design

· Knowledge of multi-variant testing tools and methodologies (SEM Rush, Stress testing, etc.)

  • Experience with conversion testing and landing page/funnel optimization
  • Strong to Advanced Excel Skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving
  • Detail-oriented and able to complete tasks accurately and on time in a demanding environment

· Experience in building data driven attribution models a plus

· Experience in AI Modeling to drive marketing campaigns a plus

  • Experience with GA4 and Google Analytics a plus
  • Bilingual French/English a plus.

· Experience with AI tools a plus

Education:

  • College diploma, preferably in a related field

Primary Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain website content to support and deliver an optimal consumer experience across desktop, mobile and tablet

· Assist Product Managers with maintaining online product catalogs and merchandising

· Manage setup of landing pages, onsite promotions, and product support

· Assist with SEO efforts including site optimizations & outreach

· Planning, coordination, and setup of web and digital campaign support with internal stakeholders, agency partners, creative team and development team

· Assist and coordinate agency translations for various content pieces

· Support with data setup for template and SKUs in Design Content Management Systems

· Regular reporting of various analytics and performance metrics including website traffic and conversions

· Assist in website deployment QA Processes

· Willing to travel both domestically and internationally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
