**Job Title: Mechatronics & Robotics Technician****Job Description**As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of material handling equipment, such as conveyors. Your responsibilities will include installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of equipment, along with conducting preventative maintenance routines, documenting processes, and performing battery changes.**Responsibilities**Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment such as conveyors.Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.Perform battery changes and preventative maintenance on batteries.Enter downtime data in a daily log and complete preventative maintenance sheets.Possess basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting.Troubleshoot and identify problems with equipment.Track and store the department''s inventory, including spare parts.**Essential Skills**2+ years of experience conducting quality predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.Strong skills in industrial maintenance and equipment maintenance.Proficiency in diagnostic testing and mechanical troubleshooting.Knowledge in lockout, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, schematics, and motors.**Work Environment**Work in a large distribution facility equipped with high-speed automation and robotic components. Be comfortable with performance tracking through data and numbers, without micromanagement. Expect to walk approximately 10,000 steps per day.
