Account Supervisor, Experiential Marketing

We’re an independently owned Experiential Marketing Agency based in Toronto. Best known for our work with Disney, we collaborate with a very diverse set of brand partners touching on pretty much every category you can think of. We work hybrid, with the majority of the team being in the office two days per week. Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years of relevant experience in experiential marketing working as an Account Manager/Account Executive, or equivalent. Compensation will align with the experience of our chosen candidate. In this role you will… • Build and maintain program estimates and budget control reports • Be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients • Independently develop client facing presentation decks with provided assets and information • Work directly with our creative and production departments • Vet and work with third party suppliers • Independently lead projects/activations • Be responsible for overseeing the fine points of project details ensuring that every aspect of a project is executed to perfection • Maintain an extremely organized file management system on our server, with clear and organized record keeping and inventory tracking • Create and adhere to work-back schedules, program budgets and training decks • Act as main contact for multiple vendors, venues and contractors • Obsessively maintain excellent post-event and inventory records • Track expenses, invoices, payment terms, contracts etc. to reconcile against budget • Oversee the training, support and management of our in-field staff • Support with on-site installations, ensuring that our client’s vision is brought to life Our new team member must be... • Able to clearly convey information, updates and feedback to clients • A good active listener, being able to decipher client needs and concerns to ensure expectations are met and issues are proactively addressed • Able to prioritize tasks and keep multiple balls in the air at once • Proficient in anticipating potential issues before they arise and coming up with solutions proactively • Eager to continually learn, improve and grow • Able to work "lightning fast" without sacrificing accuracy • Exceptionally organized • Comfortable working on multiple unrelated projects at once • Professional, adaptable, proactive and an effective problem solver • A self-starter who takes ownership and initiative • Hyper organized and consistently meets deadlines • Be ready, willing and eager to jump in on other accounts/programs and help where needed What we offer... • Medical and Dental benefits • An exciting, fast paced environment If our agency and this role sounds right for you we would love to hear from you.
