Position Overview Join to apply for the Maintenance Custodian Associate role at Sam's Club . The base pay range is $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr. As a Maintenance Associate, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This includes sweeping, cleaning, maintaining a safe environment, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program. Key Responsibilities You thrive in fast‑paced environments. You take pride in your work and keep member satisfaction as your top priority. You’re comfortable with change and quickly adapt to different work scenarios. You can work an entire shift on your feet and in physically demanding environments. Ensuring a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary. Maintaining a positive attitude to ensure customers have a great first and last impression. What You'll Do Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines. Clean all areas of the facility, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, following company procedures and using approved chemicals and tools. Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash per the Environmental Sustainability Program. Maintain appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies. Benefits Health benefits: medical, vision, and dental coverage.
