Responsibilities Deliversa best-in-class recruitment experience for both candidates and hiringmanagers Leadsa team of recruitment professionals, provides coaching, inspires highperformance Developsbusiness specific strategies that attract and retain the high performingretail staff Adviseshiring managers on appropriate approaches to ensure quality hiring isachieved. Provides coaching to hiring managers on recruitment bestpractices such as interviewing tips, interview guides, and creating anexcellent candidate experience Buildsand executes employment branding initiatives, including social sourcing,and community partnerships Proactivelysources candidates through various channels depending on the market,includes the creation of recruitment campaigns and initiatives to deliveron the recruitment goals of the organization Conductsrecruitment activities including postings, sourcing, screening, andinterviewing in a fast-paced, changing environment Compilesand communicates recruitment data and metrics Focuseson continuous improvement and always asking, 'how can we do this better?'
