The Recruitment Team Lead provides direction to a national recruitment team responsible for high volume talent sourcing and selection across all banners. The Recruitment Team Lead works in a fast-paced environment with senior leadership on identifying talent gaps and delivering targeted and creative solutions for attracting qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
- Delivers a best-in-class recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Leads a team of recruitment professionals, provides coaching, inspires high performance
- Develops business specific strategies that attract and retain the high performing retail staff
- Advises hiring managers on appropriate approaches to ensure quality hiring is achieved. Provides coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices such as interviewing tips, interview guides, and creating an excellent candidate experience
- Builds and executes employment branding initiatives, including social sourcing, and community partnerships
- Proactively sources candidates through various channels depending on the market, includes the creation of recruitment campaigns and initiatives to deliver on the recruitment goals of the organization
- Conducts recruitment activities including postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Compiles and communicates recruitment data and metrics
- Focuses on continuous improvement and always asking, 'how can we do this better?'
- Perform other related duties
Qualifications
- 3+ years of strategic recruitment experience setting goals and objectives, preferably in a high-volume retail environment
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience leading and developing a high performing recruitment team
- Excellent relationship development, communication and advisory skills to provide value added consultative service
- Proven creative and pro-active mindset to source and build pipelines to locate quality candidates
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and search engine utilization
- The ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects
- Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Passionate about attracting and acquiring the best talent
