What You'll Do

  • Lead interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding care and compliance with provincial standards.
  • Build community partnerships and promote positive relationships to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee budgets, optimize resources, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Champion quality improvement, staff development, and resident-centered care.
  • Drive initiatives in education, marketing, and continuous improvement to elevate the facility.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare discipline.
  • 5+ years in senior care/residential care, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Exceptional communication, financial acumen, HR management, and strategic thinking.
