The Microsoft Dynamics Functional Analyst – Production plays a key role in identifying, analyzing, and translating business requirements and processes into D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions. This role provides guidance to stakeholders on how Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O can best meet their needs, performs fit-gap analysis, and creates Functional Design Documents for successful implementation (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows). Specific Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze functional requirements. Translate business requirements into effective Microsoft D365 F&O solutions, including configuration and module integration design. Facilitate implementation and support of Microsoft D365 F&O to enhance business processes, resolve complex issues, and manage operational escalations. Define and conduct required testing, including acceptance testing and feedback collection. Participate in all phases of full-cycle Microsoft D365 F&O implementations and organize working sessions with stakeholders. Provide user training and documentation on specific solutions to ensure effective system use. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper implementation and integration with other systems. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O and related applications. Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Microsoft D365 F&O ERP system. Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement. Monitor and actively resolve incidents, service requests, and demand items through the ITSM framework. Configure production parameters, resource groups, routes, and operations. Understand master data elements required in production and quality modules. Set up quality orders, tests, test variables, and quality associations. Work Experience and Educational Requirements Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations or equivalent. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Production and Quality module. Proven ability to identify and formalize business needs, convert them into use cases and test cases. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are an asset.
