Employer Industry: Technology Consulting Why consider this job opportunity: Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Competitive salary and benefits package Work with the latest Microsoft technologies and enterprise clients Be part of a dynamic team leading digital transformation initiatives Chance to be on the ground floor of a small but flourishing practice with potential for rapid leadership opportunities What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead the architectural design and development of integrated D365 ERP, SCM, and CRM solutions tailored to business requirements Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions that align with Microsoft best practices Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Conduct system health checks and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, and reliability What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or related field 7+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, including at least 5+ years specializing in Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations), SCM, and CRM (Customer Engagement) Proven experience leading at least 10 full-cycle D365 implementations Strong understanding of D365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Solution Architect Expert, Functional Consultant Associate) required How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in industry verticals such as manufacturing, retail, government, non-profit, professional services, public sector, or healthcare Familiarity with data migration tools and methodologies Familiarity with AI and how to incorporate it into D365 Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models and security best practices We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
