Concevoir des modèles d’apprentissage automatique (ex. : régression, regroupement, prévision de séries temporelles) pour soutenir les initiatives de tarification, de segmentation et d’optimisation des campagnes. Développer des visualisations et tableaux de bord dans Power BI pour communiquer les résultats à des publics non techniques. Réaliser des tests A/B et des simulations de scénarios pour évaluer les stratégies de tarification et de campagnes. Travailler en collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe pour assurer la livraison ponctuelle de produits analytiques de haute qualité. Ce que vous apportez Maîtrise de Snowflake, SQL, Python, Databricks et Power BI. Solide compréhension des méthodes statistiques, des algorithmes d’apprentissage automatique et de la modélisation des données. Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale. Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à travailler efficacement sous pression dans un environnement dynamique. Sens aigu du détail et excellentes compétences organisationnelles. Aptitudes avérées à la résolution de problèmes et à la pensée critique. Intelligence émotionnelle et conscience de soi démontrées. Exigences minimales Diplôme ou équivalent et nécessite généralement 4 ans ou plus d’expérience pertinente. Compétences et expériences souhaitées Diplôme de niveau licence ou master en science des données, analytique, informatique ou domaine connexe. Plus de 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la science des données ou de l’analytique. Expérience en tests A/B et en simulations de scénarios. Connaissance des stratégies de tarification et d’optimisation des campagnes. Note linguistique : Le/la titulaire de ce poste devra fournir un soutien quotidien à des clients internes et/ou externes situés hors du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Summary Join McKesson’s Generics Analytics team within the Technology division as a Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you’ll drive strategic decision-making by developing and maintaining analytics insights and dashboards that illuminate key business performance metrics. What You’ll Do Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions, presenting insights via reports, dashboards, charts, and graphs. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical solutions. Identify and recommend process improvements based on operational analysis. Build machine learning models (e.g., regression, clustering, time series forecasting) to support pricing, segmentation, and campaign optimization. Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to non-technical audiences. Conduct A/B testing and scenario simulations to evaluate pricing and campaign strategies. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytics products. What You Bring Strong working knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, Python, Databricks, and Power BI. Deep understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data modeling. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Demonstrated self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience. Preferable Skills & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics. Experience conducting A/B testing and scenario simulations. Familiarity with pricing and campaign optimization strategies. The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
