This applies to you as well – through dedicated feedback, continuous 1:1’s and endless learning opportunities, we want to help accelerate your career too The Role Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT, the IT Coordinator will help take the tools and systems we have in place and make sure they’re optimized for performance, reliable for our employees, and scalable as we continue to grow. You will play a key role in assisting with the assessment, facilitation and implementation of industry standard tools. Responsibilities Take ownership of support desk duties and be the face of Jobber IT. Provide technical support related to laptops, software, printers, video conferencing equipment, and mobile devices. Deploy equipment for new employees and help manage hardware inventory. Keep our knowledge base and documentation up to date. Create, add and modify accounts and services across our various platforms. Be ready to learn We’re big fans of automation and clever solutions. Qualifications Experience supporting macOS hardware and associated tools in a customer‑facing or corporate IT environment. Understanding of IT fundamentals, tools, and best practices. The ability to troubleshoot complicated problems and seek out new information. A customer experience focused mindset. Strong attention to detail, great communication skills and eagerness to learn new things constantly. Nice to Have (Not a Deal‑Breaker) Experience working with Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems such as Jamf, Kandji, or Mosyle. Experience supporting Cloud and SaaS Applications, such as Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian, and Cisco Meraki. You have a great understanding of AV equipment (Zoom Rooms). All interviews are being conducted virtually – via phone or video. Compensation At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum annual salary of $50,000, a midpoint of $58,800, and a maximum salary of $67,600, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling. Base salary is just one part of a total compensation package that will include equity rewards, annual stipends for health and wellness, retirement savings matching, and an extended health package with fully paid premiums for body and mind.
