Responsibilities Coordinate IT activities and act as the central point of contact between the IT Manager, outsourced teams, and internal users. Monitor, prioritize, and follow up on requests submitted to level 2-3 support providers. Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, including SharePoint initiatives and other improvement or implementation projects. Contribute to maintaining IT standards, processes, and best practices. Prepare and update documentation related to systems, projects, and processes. Provide occasional support to the IT Manager in strategic and operational tasks. Ensure daily on-site presence to support teams and maintain a strong field perspective. Excellent communication skills : Ability to interact effectively with users and technical teams. Team spirit : Ability to collaborate with various departments and lead a team. Professional experience : Several years in IT support, with progression toward coordination or team-management responsibilities; recognized managerial experience.
