About the Job:




Mindwire is currently seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Technical Advisor to work with one of our valued clients.



The client is located in: Ottawa, Ontario



Requirements and Responsibilities:


  • Degree or college diploma in business administration, statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a technical lead for ServiceNow implementations
  • Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow CMDB
  • Experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) assessments and develop a roadmap for enhancements and stabilization
  • Experience improving the quality of the data in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and debug existing Configuration Management Database (CMDB) interfaces
  • Experience creating a technical project plan with key milestones and providing status updates
  • Experience making key technical decisions, issues, and enhancements through the entire development lifecycle
