Technical Analyst 2‑Support – Oracle Join to apply for the Technical Analyst 2‑Support role at Oracle. Job Summary As a Technical Analyst 2‑Support, you will provide technical and functional support for Oracle’s ERP/Accounting systems. You will troubleshoot client issues, create knowledge base content, and collaborate across teams to deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities Resolve client functional/technical concerns via phone and electronic channels Assist clients with functionality questions using documented product information Conduct research and testing to troubleshoot basic functionality‑related issues Identify cases requiring higher skill sets and escalations Keep clients updated on their open support cases per service level targets Maintain customer satisfaction at required CS metric standards Create and review Knowledge Base articles on common functionality‑related questions Participate in new feature training and continuous product knowledge improvement Escalate product issues to appropriate teams for deeper troubleshooting Assist in Netsuite Support Community as Rotational Guru Support deflection initiatives such as SuiteAnswers, Chatbot, Livechat, and Netsuite Support Community Act as a Senior Support Rep buddy to help onboard new hires Participate in Knowledge Transfer sessions between ACS/PS and Support Qualifications Bachelor’s/College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent 3‑5+ years experience with ERP/Accounting systems (JD Edwards, SAP, QuickBooks, MS Dynamics AX, Epicor, etc.) Experience in customer support, technical support, or a related client‑facing role Experience with Single Sign‑On, Backbone.js, jQuery, and/or Bootstrap is a plus Working knowledge of Java, C#, .NET, PHP or other programming languages Experience with Linux or Unix environments is a plus Familiarity with Apache or other web server technologies Understanding of eCommerce best practices (usability, SEO, fulfillment, etc.) Knowledge of troubleshooting peripheral devices (scanner, printer, cash drawer) Advanced SQL/database skills Proficiency in JavaScript, Java / C#, and perl scripting Proven ability to resolve complex customer inquiries and technical issues Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills Experience supporting premium or high‑value clients is desirable Strong analytical skills and attention to detail High level of customer focus with a passion for delivering outstanding service Flexible working hours/days with willingness to work extended hours, holidays, and occasional weekends Job Details Location: Greater Toronto Area, Canada Salary Range: CA$59,500 – CA$97,700 per year (based on location and experience) Employment Type: Full‑time Career Level: IC2 Vacancy Type: Replacement Position Equal Opportunity Statement Oracle is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
