What’s the Job? We are seeking a Construction Manager  to oversee and direct construction activities from project conception through completion at the Belleville Plant. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on construction supervision, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, safety, and quality standards in a fully onsite environment.Pay Rate: $85 – $95 per hourStandard Hours: 35 hours per weekTravel Requirement: 0–20% Key Responsibilities Oversee and direct construction projects from initiation through completion Review project plans in detail to develop schedules, define deliverables, and estimate costs Manage and monitor all onsite and offsite construction activities Ensure compliance with building codes, company standards, and safety regulations Coordinate and direct construction workers and contractors on a daily basis Review completed work to ensure quality construction standards and proper techniques Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies Negotiate contract terms, draft agreements, and support permitting and licensing activities Required Technical Skills (Must Have) Construction Safety Leadership Construction Schedule and Budget Management Construction Supervision Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Smartsheet experience If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
