Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a Microsoft D365 CRM Specialist to join a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. The successful candidate will support several upcoming projects, including migrating from on-premise to the cloud and preparing for future cloud-based enhancements. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, defining requirements, and contributing to application architecture and design. The specialist will ensure solutions are fully designed and ready for execution upon go‑live, while also assisting with day‑to‑day operations and planning ahead for new cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering workshops and create detailed requirements documentation. Collaborate to the definition of user stories and end‑to‑end process definitions that form the backbone of the CRM Dynamics 365. Collaborate with the technical team throughout the implementation to ensure successful delivery of the project. Maintain open communications, be directly connected to the client, lead meetings, and capture action items. Contribute to the development of project plans, estimates, and scope of business requirements. Configure the system to establish some pilots. Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of hands‑on experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience in applying CRM best practices for Sales, Services and Lead Generation modules Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps Nice to Have Skills and Experience Knowledge on Azure Data Factory is an asset Working knowledge of deployment strategies, system upgrade management Professional certification in Dynamics 365 (Fundamentals, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Leads Generation) is an asset Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
