Job Description As a Developer specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, you will be involved in the analysis, development, integration, and maintenance of customized solutions based on the F&O platform. You will work closely with functional analysts, technical architects, and users to support business operations and ERP implementation or upgrade projects. Primary Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize modules in Dynamics 365 F&O using X++, extensions, and Microsoft’s recommended best practices Participate in technical design and needs analysis in collaboration with functional analysts Create reports using SSRS and Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.) Collaborate with the integration team to provide support and expertise on projects related to Data Entities, OData, REST APIs, and Azure Logic Apps Perform unit tests and collaborate with the QA team to ensure the quality of deliverables Participate in production deployments, post-implementation support, and technical documentation Stay up to date with Dynamics 365 platform developments and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes Qualifications Between 3 & 5 years of ERP development experience, including at least 2 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or AX 2012 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent Proficient in X++ and Dynamics 365 development tools Good understanding of F&O modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Project Management Experience with integrations, Data Entities, and ALM cycle (Azure DevOps) is an asset Knowledge of Microsoft development standards (extensions, no-overlayering customizations) Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external (operations) teams Ability to share knowledge and support other developers in applying best development practices in Dynamics 365 F&O Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness Strong communication skills in both French and English. Bilingualism is required in order to communicate with teams across Canada Assets Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification (F&O Core / Developer Associate) Experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, or Power Platform Knowledge of Agile / DevOps methodologies Experience in large-scale ERP implementation projects For more information, please contact Ibrahima Amadou LY.
