They exercise sound judgment to select methods and techniques that achieve clients’ business objectives efficiently and effectively, and they elevate concerns to senior leadership as needed. Responsibilities Keep tickets updated and adhere to SLAs Follow defined processes and procedures Maintain accurate timesheets and submit as per defined policies Manage Managed Services cases and initiatives Maintain comprehensive documentation of case status, initiatives, solution designs, configurations, and any modifications made. Support project planning, execution, and management by performing tasks such as data collection and progress tracking. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements; conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement. Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions. Design, develop, and execute solutions that align with the client’s needs and objectives. Analyze industry trends and provide strategic insights; recommend emerging tools and technologies when applicable. Prepare and provide detailed estimates for solutions and modifications, seek client approvals, and track budget versus actuals. Monitor performance of implemented solutions for improvement or optimization; provide recommendations for updates or upgrades. Maintain professionalism in client engagements. Obtain and act on client feedback; reply to clients in a timely manner, adhering to contracted SLAs. Prepare clear reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations. Share learnings and knowledge with team members and clients. Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Experience 2–5 years of D365F&SCM Finance implementation experience. Good understanding of Managed/Client Services. Previous experience working in IT/consulting companies (preferred). Certificates MB-310 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Certification Skill Requirements Clear communication, both written and verbal; proficient in English. Familiarity with operating systems and software applications. Analytical skills for gathering and interpreting data, identifying trends, and drawing insights. Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute project strategies aligned with business goals. Client relationship management: building and maintaining strong relationships, identifying opportunities, effectively communicating with clients. Problem‑solving: researching and solving problems, making data‑driven decisions. Presentation skills: delivering persuasive presentations to clients and colleagues.
