As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in growing our clinics and corporate teams by finding and hiring exceptional people who align with our culture of excellence and care. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting — source, screen, interview, and hire top talent Build strong candidate pipelines through social media, networking, and referrals Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver great hires Represent our brand at career fairs and recruitment events Ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience that reflects our culture Experience Proven experience in high-volume recruiting (beauty, wellness, retail, or healthcare preferred) Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools A proactive mindset and passion for helping people find their next great role #J-18808-Ljbffr
