Job Description Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and will play a critical role in maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for the business units they support. What you’re responsible for: Working closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for each role. Offering guidance and advice to hiring managers on recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation. Collaborating with HR teams and management to align recruitment efforts with overall business goals. Facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Promoting the company’s culture, values, and employer brand to attract the right talent. Attending job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to represent the company and build relationships with potential candidates. To join our team: You have previous experience managing full cycle recruitment, sales or customer service. You have a proven track record sourcing traditional and non-traditional candidate profiles. You have a strong sense of urgency, flexibility and adaptability. You are persuasive and have effective written and spoken communication skills. You are fluent in French and English.
