Prime Healthcare is actively seeking new members to join our corporate team Responsibilities The Regional Director of Construction will direct/supervise the Project Management staff and assist the VP of F & C and Corporate Director of Construction in managing and directing ongoing construction projects for the organization. Will inspect OSHPD permitted projects as assigned by the VP of F & C. Will provide day‑to‑day coordination of construction projects, ensuring that all requirements, regulations and documentation involving these construction projects are completed. Will assist the Facilities Department in transitioning/integrating the construction projects into the existing facility operation. Qualifications Required Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent Licensed Architect Class A or B license U.S. Driver's license Three (3) years’ experience in healthcare engineering and/or healthcare construction Proficient in Word, Excel and Project Planner Preferred Qualifications Four year college degree or vocational training specific to this occupation preferred Pay Transparency The hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $150,000.00 to $175,000.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, taking into account skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
