Hours: 35 hours per week. Line of Business: TD Insurance. Job Description TD Insurance Auto Centre Teams provide a "one-stop shop" for customers to handle all their auto claim needs. The Auto Claims Advisor will support customers immediately following an auto accident, ensuring they feel supported and their needs are met. What You'll Do Support customer claims from start to finish: arrange towing, set up appraisals, and outline coverage. Gather, organize, and verify required information and documentation. Reconcile estimates from vendors to secure appropriate settlements. Maintain a positive file count and open/close ratio. Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors. Experience Growth Research coverage scenarios and apply knowledge to claim files. Learn and demonstrate customer‑centric and strategic objectives. Culture of Care Welcome customers at TD Auto Centres. Apply unbiased methods to resolve claims fairly. Communicate clear processing requirements and provide timely updates. Contribute to a positive work environment. Job Requirements One or more years of claims adjusting experience preferred; post‑secondary education considered an asset. Excellent customer service skills. Superior time‑management skills. Ability to negotiate positive outcomes. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Strong investigative ability. Support for process improvements. Active pursuit of CIP designation preferred. Provincial claims licensing may be required. Bilingual in English and French.
