The Auto Centre Team provides a one‑stop shop for customers, coordinating all aspects of auto claims from the moment of an accident to resolution. What You’ll Do Support customer claims from start to finish: arrange towing, set up appraisals and outline coverage under the policy terms. Gather, organize and verify required information and documentation to ensure a thorough and complete summary of facts for claim resolution. Reconcile estimates from new and preferred vendors to ensure appropriate settlements for damages. Contribute to team productivity objectives by maintaining positive file count and open/close ratio. Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors such as Enterprise and repair shops. Experience & Growth Research coverage scenarios and apply this knowledge to customer claim files. Learn and demonstrate customer‑centric objectives while contributing to TD Insurance Group’s deliverables. Culture of Care Greet and welcome customers at TD Auto Centres. Job Requirements One or more years of claims adjusting experience is preferred; post‑secondary education is an asset. Excellent customer service skills. Superior time‑management skills; thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Proven ability to negotiate positive outcomes. Strong written and verbal communication; active listener. Ability to conduct thorough investigations and analyze evidence. Support for process improvements. Active pursuit of Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or other continuing education preferred. Provincial claims licensing may be required (AMF). Bilingual (English & French) written and verbal is considered an asset.
