AM Shift Production Assembler

**Job Title: AM Shift Production Assembler****Job Description**Join our team as a Production Assembler where you will be part of a dynamic environment manufacturing essential medical devices. You will have the opportunity to work alongside dedicated team members to complete production orders efficiently.**Responsibilities**Work with a team to complete production orders on a fast-paced assembly line.Rotate through 13 stations, requiring 2-3 months to fully train.Assemble units using small hand tools following written English instructions.Collaborate with team members and work independently at times.Occasionally work in a clean room environment for labeling and packaging tasks, standing throughout the shift.**Essential Skills**Valid visa for 2 years from the date of hire.1 year of recent experience in a similar assembly environment.Proficiency in using basic hand tools such as crimpers and screwdrivers.Ability to work with small parts and pieces.Capability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 30lbs.Basic computer skills and good English communication skills.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Engineering experience is advantageous.Experience in soldering and PCB assembly in a regulated environment.Ability to read and follow soldering instructions carefully.**Why Work Here?**Benefit from a friendly and supportive work environment with opportunities for overtime.
