As a Production Assembler, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, ensuring the quality and efficiency of life-saving medical devices.**Responsibilities**Follow health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.Maintain a clean workstation and production floor to uphold quality standards.Assemble products and parts according to work instructions and specifications.Finalize and package products for shipment with precision and care.Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment efficiently.Monitor assembly line to identify and remove faulty products.Meet production targets with consistent speed and accuracy.Report issues to supervisors or production manager promptly.Perform other tasks as assigned to support team goals.**Essential Skills**Proficiency in assembly and use of hand tools.Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.Comfort with 12-hour shifts and weekend work.Ability to follow procedures in a cleanroom environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Eligibility to work in Canada for at least 1 year.Ability to work with minimal supervision in a multi-disciplinary team.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Experience with microscopic assembly.Chemical background or knowledge.Strong interpersonal skills including maturity, teamwork, respect, and tact.Ability to adapt to changing priorities.Highly productive with a strong drive to succeed.**Why Work Here?**Enjoy comprehensive medical and dental coverage, personal days, RRSP contributions, and career progression opportunities.
