Am Shift Production Assembler

**Job Title: AM Shift Production Assembler**

Join our team as a Production Assembler where you will be part of a dynamic environment manufacturing essential medical devices. You will have the opportunity to work alongside dedicated team members to complete production orders efficiently.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with a team to complete production orders on a fast-paced assembly line.
- Rotate through 13 stations, requiring 2-3 months to fully train.
- Assemble units using small hand tools following written English instructions.
- Collaborate with team members and work independently at times.
- Occasionally work in a clean room environment for labeling and packaging tasks, standing throughout the shift.

**Essential Skills**
- Valid visa for 2 years from the date of hire.
- 1 year of recent experience in a similar assembly environment.
- Proficiency in using basic hand tools such as crimpers and screwdrivers.
- Ability to work with small parts and pieces.
- Capability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 30lbs.
- Basic computer skills and good English communication skills.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
- Engineering experience is advantageous.
- Experience in soldering and PCB assembly in a regulated environment.
- Ability to read and follow soldering instructions carefully.

The pay range for this position is $19.71 - $19.71/hr.
