Job Summary: We are looking for a Solutions Delivery Engineer to lead the deployment, integration, and support of SASE and PAM solutions for our customers. This role requires a strong technical background in network security, identity security, and cloud security architectures. You will work closely with customers, ensuring smooth implementation of security solutions while providing expert-level guidance on best practices. The role also involves troubleshooting, automation, and process improvements to enhance our delivery framework. Key Responsibilities: Solution Deployment & Implementation Design, configure, and deploy SASE solutions (e.g., Cato Networks, Palo Alto Prisma Access, Zscaler, Netskope) for secure remote access. Implement PAM solutions (e.g., BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Delinea) to enforce least privilege access. Integrate SASE and PAM solutions with existing security ecosystems (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, Entra ID, Okta). Lead technical workshops and customer enablement sessions to ensure smooth adoption. Collaborate with customers to understand security requirements and align solutions with business objectives. Server as Technical Point of contact to implement Solutions from end to end. Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices for Zero Trust, network segmentation, and privileged access controls. Assist in the onboarding and tuning of MSSP-managed SASE & PAM services. Work with SOC, IR, and Threat Hunting teams to align access controls with security policies. Troubleshooting & Optimization Diagnose and resolve SASE-related performance and security issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Analyze PAM policies and access logs to improve access security and prevent privilege abuse. Fine-tune security policies to reduce false positives and enhance user experience. Develop automation scripts (Python, PowerShell, APIs) to streamline deployments and integrations Frameworks & Process Development Contribute to the development of standardized deployment playbooks for SASE and PAM solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation, including best practice guides and troubleshooting procedures. Help define MSSP service frameworks around SASE adoption, Zero Trust security, and PAM enforcement. Collaborate with the Threat Detection and Incident Response teams to improve response times by leveraging SASE & PAM telemetry. Qualifications Must-Have 3-5+ years of experience in security engineering, solutions architecture, or network security deployment. Strong hands-on experience with SASE solutions (e.g., Cato Networks, Palo Alto Prisma Access, Netskope, Zscaler). Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools (e.g., BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Delinea, Okta Privileged Access). Deep understanding of Zero Trust, ZTNA, VPN-less remote access, and network segmentation. Familiarity with cloud security architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), including Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Ping Identity. Proficiency in troubleshooting network security issues, including TLS, DNS security, IPsec, SD-WAN, and CASB. Nice to Have Hands-on experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point). Understanding of SIEM and SOAR integrations. Knowledge of scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible).
