As a HR Business Solutions Specialist for PCL Constructors Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta (Corporate), you'll have the opportunity to support the strategic and operational management of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM system and other integrated HR technology solutions. This role focuses on maximizing system utilization, providing user support, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to process optimization and reporting. Assist in developing and delivering training materials and sessions for system users to maximize adoption and utilization. Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for system processes, enhancements, and user guides. Support the development and maintenance of advanced reporting and analytics to enable data‑driven decision‑making. Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular audits and data governance practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR operations, leveraging core system functionality. Participate in the implementation of system enhancements and new modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with project teams on the deployment of new system features, modules, and enhancements. Support change management initiatives and contribute to measuring the effectiveness of culture transformation efforts. Implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence. Stay current with HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in human resources or HR technology support, preferably in a fast‑paced, corporate environment. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM or similar HR technology platforms. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Experience with reporting and data analytics tools. Understanding of change management principles (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is an asset. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and adapt to change.
