We partner with executive leadership in IT Services to design and implement strategic people plans, foster organizational agility, and enhance employee experience through data‑driven insights. Your Role As a Senior Business Partner, you will support IT Services leadership in creating inclusive work environments and driving transformational change across divisions. This full‑time, permanent role is based at our Vancity head office and reports directly to the Director, People Consulting. A hybrid work arrangement is provided, but on‑site presence is expected for events and business demands. How You'll Make an Impact Partner with IT Services leadership to design and lead strategic people plans and competency roadmaps. Leverage data and analytics to inform short‑ and long‑term strategies that enhance employee experience. Support organizational design and processes that enable agility, innovation, and creativity. Collaborate with Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Reconciliation experts to foster inclusive environments. Manage change initiatives for organizational restructures and partner on cross‑divisional projects. Work with centers of excellence on program design to support enterprise‑wide deliverables. Coordinate with Financial Planning & Analysis on annual position planning and budget maintenance. Mentor consultant talent and provide exposure to key initiatives. Ensure timely communication and collaboration across Equity and People teams for successful implementation. What You’ll Bring to the Team Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of experience providing strategic HR support to executive leaders. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting IT or technical teams. Expertise in organizational design within enterprise environments. Demonstrated success implementing programs that positively impact culture and employee experience. Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders to drive transformational change. Experience working cross‑functionally within large HR teams. Knowledge of collective bargaining processes is an asset.
