We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant/Administrator, with substantial work experience working in a family law practice. This role will be 100% virtual, offering you independence and work/life balance. 

In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):


●     Manage emails, correspondence, calendar entries, client meetings, court dates and client intake

●     Liaise with clients and court staff

●     Prepare straightforward correspondence

●     Preparing lawyers for their attendance at court and ADR.

●     Managing e-filing of court documents with the court and on Caselines and tracking confirmation numbers and status of uploaded court documents served and filed with the court. 

To be successful in this role, you possess:

Phone Etiquette

Excellent verbal and English writing skills

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in office assistance and administration ( family law office experience would be a plus)

Firm understanding of post Covid, court filling and scheduling procedures

Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task

Quick study in learning new programs and software, such as GPTs, Microsoft Office, and Cosmolex timekeeper and billing system.
