Job Description - Channel Sales Manager - Industrial Automation (Canada) (25005W) Location Toronto/GTA (Remote), must reside within Toronto/GTA. What You Will Do As A Channel Sales Manager As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding Moxa’s presence in the power and industrial networking and automation space in Canada. You will build and strengthen relationships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators, driving revenue growth through strategic channel development. This quota‑driven role plays a key part in accelerating Moxa’s success. Drive Growth & Sales Success Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing opportunities with existing and new channel partners. Conduct joint sales calls to uncover business opportunities and win competitive deals. Work closely with distributors and resellers to ensure outstanding service and support. Expand & Strengthen Channel Partnerships Build strong relationships with channel leadership and sales teams to increase mindshare and grow Moxa’s footprint. Build mindshare with channel partners via education and awareness to drive and increase Moxa’s share of partner total revenue. Where applicable, identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to support Moxa’s growth strategy. Develop and execute channel marketing programs in collaboration with our marketing team. Collaborate & Innovate Work cross‑functionally with Product Management, Marketing, and Technical Sales to deliver value‑driven solutions. Represent Moxa at regional and national trade shows to showcase our cutting‑edge solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, helping partners design and implement industrial networking solutions. Qualifications Who You Are 3+ years of sales experience in industrial networking or a related field. 3+ years of channel management experience, including partner recruitment, development, and training. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience). Skills That Set You Apart Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong sales presentation skills and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
