To support the growth and development of our new hires, this position is eligible for a 90 Day Evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met.**Scope:** This Customer Service Support role is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, maintain up-to-date records, and providing daily administrative and operational support to the Customer Service and Quotation teams. This role helps ensure timely order fulfillment, smooth internal communication, and a high level of customer satisfaction.**Duties and Responsibilities:** • Order administration and communication from order quoting to order shipment • Entering and tracking orders through entire business process (from booking to customer receipt) • Understand and maintain database for backlog reconciliation • Conduct contract review on customer purchase orders and resolve issues as necessary • Complete error free order entry into site specific systems • Support customer data filing in specified data bases • Support RMA and customer complaint process**Note:** The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel.
