We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented marketer who thrives on driving high ROI and excels in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a Paid Campaign Specialist, your expertise in digital marketing will drive impactful results. In this role, you will develop and implement cutting-edge paid marketing strategies that significantly increase traffic and enhance brand visibility across various platforms.


Your core responsibility is to utilize data-driven insights to craft and refine campaigns that resonate with target audiences. With a natural curiosity and sharp analytical skills, you'll analyze performance metrics to understand the underlying factors influencing campaign outcomes. Your ability to spot patterns and trends not only fuels your strategies but also continually optimizes the campaigns.


Your daily responsibilities


  • Strategize, build, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms;
  • Use demographic and behavioral data to perform detailed audience segmentation, to enhance campaign targeting and effectiveness;
  • Conduct keyword research and manage bids to optimize ad performance and return on investment (ROI);
  • Experience in managing and optimizing app campaigns across multiple channels, with a proven ability to achieve or exceed performance goals.
  • Refine Google Ads campaigns by adjusting bids and enhancing ad creatives;
  • Implement and manage Google Tag Manager for efficient tracking of user interactions;
  • Develop and execute cross-channel marketing strategies to improve customer journey and optimize engagement patterns, thereby increase conversions;
  • Utilize programmatic ad buying platforms like Basis for real-time bidding , to automate the purchasing of ads and optimization of ad inventory;
  • Perform A/B and multivariate tests on various ad elements, including headlines, descriptions, call-to-actions, and visual to determine the most effective strategies;
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust campaigns in real time based on indicators to maximize campaign outcomes;
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and providing detailed performance reports and optimization recommendations;
  • Utilize digital marketing tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, GA4, Branch.io, Google Ads Editor, and Tableau;
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into our paid media strategies.


Your skills and experience


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including PPC, SEM, and digital advertising;
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field;
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing PPC/SEM campaigns and utilizing marketing tools and analytics;
  • Strong experience with A/B testing, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization aimed at improving conversion rates and enhancing campaign performance;
  • Proven ability to use data and insights to set strategic direction, optimize programs, and measure performance effectively;
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and other web analytics tools, with a solid background in making data-driven decisions to improve campaign outcomes;
  • Comfortable conducting analyses independently in Google Sheets/Excel;
  • Excellent self-motivation skills, with a proven track record of prioritizing, multitasking, focusing, leading, and influencing.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, Facebook Blueprint, and other relevant digital marketing platforms are highly desirable;
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is advantageous for tailoring landing pages.
