Overview Powerland, a Xerox Business Solutions company, is seeking a high-performing leader to join a growing organization as Sales Director – Eastern Canada in the Eastern Region – Canada. The Sales Director will be responsible for growing and leading the IT Services division, cultivating strategic relationships with clients and vendors, and driving sales growth. This position requires a proven sales leader with deep expertise in IT solutions and a passion for team development and market expansion. Key Objectives Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors and partners. Ensure team compliance with company policies, CRM usage, and certification requirements. Support and execute go-to-market strategies and lead generation initiatives. Core Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve performance goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching on sales techniques and meeting preparation. Oversee sales strategy execution and regional lead distribution. Client & Vendor Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and manufacturers to drive business growth. Represent the company in vendor programs, partner initiatives, and industry calls. Operational Excellence Ensure accurate and timely updates in Salesforce CRM. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess product and team performance. Review and approve team expenses and sales letters. Training & Enablement Facilitate onboarding and training for new sales staff. Provide ongoing updates on vendor offerings and IT services during team meetings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years in IT Services sales, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Must be fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written. Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of IT solutions (managed services, cloud, hardware/software). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
