Reporting directly to both the CEO and President , you’ll be at the heart of our strategic execution — leading with purpose, driving operational excellence, and building a high-performance culture. Champion and execute our strategic growth plan . Drive efficiency, innovation, and excellence across all operations. Keep our customer-first mindset at the core of every decision. Qualifications Senior-level operations experience in a medium to large-sized company . Expertise in managing multi-departmental teams and complex logistics. A leadership style rooted in servant leadership and integrity .
