Overview The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) is currently seeking an energetic and collaborative individual to join our team as a Co-op Student in the Office of the Corporate Secretary. The Office of the Corporate Secretary encompasses a range of responsibilities but is primarily focused on facilitating effective communication between the Board of Directors and Management. It plays a critical role in overseeing corporate governance practices, including the logistics, documentation and organization of Board of Directors and Committee meetings. Responsibilities Corporate Governance Organizational Governance Environmental Social and Governance Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills Exemplary research skills Motivated independent and critical thinker who can also work in a team. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
