Sr. I.T. Recruiter at Alquemy Search & Consulting – SharePoint Architect This is a 6‑month contract, expected to extend, and 100% remote, ideally for candidates based in B.C. If outside of B.C., candidates must be comfortable working “PST” hours. Base pay range: CA$80.00/hr – CA$90.00/hr. Responsibilities Ensure technical teams complete a comprehensive audit of the current SharePoint 2016 environment. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and confirm that business requirements, compliance needs, and UX goals are documented and prioritized. Validate proposed governance models for permissions, external sharing, and compliance. Track progress on training plans, communication strategies, and adoption initiatives; escalated risks and ensure readiness for end‑user transition. Evaluate recommendations for process automation and approve solutions that meet business and compliance criteria. Review proposed site architecture and confirm adherence to the digital workplace vision; approve hub‑and‑spoke design and navigation standards. Ensure global term store and content type configurations align with enterprise taxonomy standards; monitor consistency across sites. Confirm integration plans with Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 tools; ensure dependencies and risks are documented. Validate migration from legacy workflows to Power Automate solutions; confirm testing and sign‑off processes are followed. Approve branding guidelines and accessibility standards before deployment. Approve phased migration strategy, including pilot scope, validation checkpoints, and rollback procedures. Ensure validation protocols are in place for metadata preservation, retention policies, and legal requirements. Confirm Entra ID configurations, sensitivity labels, and conditional access policies. Review weekly migration dashboards, risk logs, and adoption metrics; escalated issues to the steering committee as needed. Monitor post‑launch support activities and confirm SLA adherence. Oversee feedback collection and approve enhancements based on user input and performance metrics. Validate delivery of training and documentation to ICBC’s internal teams for long‑term sustainment. Work Hours & Location 100% remote. Preferred location: British Columbia; however, candidates outside B.C. may apply if they can work PST hours. Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level.
