Sharepoint Online Date Integration Lead

WestCorp Solutions is looking to engage a talented M365 Data Integration Lead to guide the M365 technology integration process for our Client, for a 1-year term. As a Data Integration Lead, you will be responsible for integrating M365 across the organization in a methodical, scheduled, and efficient manner, according to organizational and Data Management Committee specifications and schedule.

To ensure success as a Data Integration Lead, you should have extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365 implementation environments, proficiency with troubleshooting common and uncommon M365 implementation issues, and the ability to solve complex software/SaaS issues. We are looking for a top-class Integration Lead who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work in the “trenches” with multiple different teams and personalities across the organization to leverage M365 best practices to ensure a successful launch.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- In collaboration with the Document Control Manager & IT Manager
- Set tasks and development goals
- Update the Project Schedule, Risk Matrix, Decision Matrix, & Forecast
- Guide Developers in testing and debugging code
- Review web interface and software stability
- Effectively and efficiently troubleshoot software issues
- Participate in defining departmental requirements and attending meetings as required
- Run and leverage reports from system as required to ensure integrity, functionality, and issues
- Investigate and remedy data discrepancies as needed
- Gather, understand, and challenge requirements (functional/nonfunctional)
- Perform data integration solution development tasks
- Advanced performance tuning of data integration solution
- Support the pre-launch process, and effectively schedule and communicate launch with end-user groups
- Cooperate and develop internal repository of knowledge base
- Establish partnerships with key team members to leverage existing technologies and processes, while communicating and leveraging best practices
- Employ agile product development methodologies that accommodate changing business conditions and reduce time to launch of solutions
- Validate the deployment setup
- Creation of vendor data feed
- Create data file for vendor as needed
- Scrub and reformat files
- Strong planning and organization skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities
- Must be able to document requirements and solution modifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are highly preferred

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Prior experience successfully integrating M365 within a large organization, across multiple teams
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Integration / Business Intelligence in a complex environment working with an engine based ETL tool
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ETL technologies supporting, developing, and optimizing complex data extract, transformation, and load solutions
- 3+ years as Solutions Engineer, Data Integration Manager/Architect, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar roles
- Excellent understanding of SharePoint Framework and SharePoint Object Model
- Proficient in ITIL, BS, ETL, SSL, SSH, TCP/IP, SQL, MS, EAI
- Extensive knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and.NET Frameworks
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML.
- Familiarity with the UI/UX Design Process
- Ability to solve complex software issues
- Ability to manage project deliverables/schedule
- Effectively and efficiently troubleshoot software issues
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated success on the job, as shown by performance, acceptance of responsibility, and success in previous roles held

**Location: North Vancouver, BC**
