Field Sales Specialist – GTA We’re looking for a Field Sales Specialist to join our Residential team in Toronto, bringing a personalized in‑person experience to sell home services, including TV, Internet, and Home Phone, while providing reliable connectivity and a top customer experience. What You’ll Do Build client connections by cultivating and nurturing positive relationships with customers and clients. Generate sales by acting on provided leads and identifying new residential opportunities, selling wireless, cable, high‑speed internet, and home phone products. Represent Rogers with pride in the field, at events, and in follow‑up conversations. Share insights on market trends to help fine‑tune sales strategies. Maintain professional relationships with customers, clients, and property managers. Conduct business in line with the Rogers Business Code of Conduct, prioritising safety. What You Bring Strong sales drive, with a proven ability to thrive in a sales environment and achieve targets. High motivation, excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills. Negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections. Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable working in outdoor/varied weather conditions.
