Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment. Working knowledge of Alberta employment legislation and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-focused approach. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS or payroll systems. CPHR designation or working toward certification is considered an asset. Self-starter with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
