Reporting to the VP, Institutional & Strategic Relations, this role is responsible for supporting the development and management of existing Institutional relationships and opportunities. The BDM will develop opportunities to introduce NEI solutions to Institutional opportunities with a specific focus on Foundations, Endowments, Charitable organization and HNW family offices. Responsibilities Support the sales requirements of new/existing Institutional relationships. Interact effectively with both the external customers and the internal Aviso/NEI organization. Maintain and identify new relationships with the Institutional Consultants both directly and in conjunction with key Institutional Retirement channels. Actively discover, prospect and manage the needs of the opportunities to contribute NEI solutions to their success on an ongoing basis. Maintain a high level of investment market awareness. Partner with the Institutional sales team to institute the Institutional National strategy. Develop an understanding of Responsible Investment foundations and ESG considerations linked to asset management solutions. Work to have NEI solutions added to Institutional DC Retirement platforms & solutions. Document and ensure all sales activities are tracked in the firm's CRM system. Qualifications Post‑secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration or related field. 3‑5 years’ work experience strongly recommended in a sales environment, preferably in Mutual Funds and strong knowledge of ESG landscape. In‑depth knowledge of investment products and knowledge of asset management and portfolio management. Strong networking and presentation skills. Self‑starter with effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Able to incorporate sales strategies and a track record of executing strategies to grow market share. Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset. Benefits Competitive compensation package that rewards and recognizes individual contributions.
